The package is packed in the best way so that the stamp or product arrives in the best conditions, a shipping number is provided to track the package either by FedEx or DHL depending on, the estimated time of arrival depends on the parcel service that will be informed to the client. Shipments are made on business days therefore take into account that shipping is made on business days of 1 to 3 days  after shopping. It is important to consider that it is an external service and we are not responsible for problems such as mistreatment of the package by the parcel or setbacks caused by the parcel company.
